The short version

  • No Tax Pay is an intake and referral service. We are not a law firm, a CPA or accounting firm, a tax preparer or a government agency, and nothing here is professional advice.
  • We cannot promise any result. Only the IRS or your state agency decides what you qualify for.
  • Independent providers we may connect you with are separate companies. What you agree with them is between you and them.
  • If you agree to text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
  • You can stop using the site, or ask us to stop contacting you, whenever you like.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Calldrive, LLC (“Calldrive,” “we” or “us”), which owns and operates No Tax Pay. They cover notaxpay.com, any page that links to them, and our calls, texts and emails with you (together, the “Service”).

Agreeing to these Terms

By using the Service or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States. The Service is intended for people dealing with U.S. federal or state tax matters.

What No Tax Pay is, and what it is not

We are an intake and referral service. We collect a few basic details, respond to you, explain how the process works and, where you ask, connect you with independent help or point you to official government resources.

  • We are not a law firm, a CPA or accounting firm, an enrolled agent, a tax preparer, a financial or debt advisor, or a government agency, and we have no connection to the IRS or any state tax authority.
  • No professional relationship. Using the Service, submitting a request or speaking with us does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client or other professional relationship.
  • General information only. Content on the Service is general, may be incomplete or out of date, and is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Check important points with the IRS, your state agency or a qualified professional.
  • No guarantees. We do not promise that a balance will be reduced, that collection will pause or stop, that penalties will be removed, or that you will qualify for any program. Only the tax agency decides.

Agency deadlines are yours to meet. Dates and requirements set by a tax agency apply to you whether or not you contact us. We do not track or manage them for you. If a notice gives a response date, contact the agency or a qualified professional yourself, in time.

Referral Partners and other providers

We may connect you with independent tax professionals and tax-resolution companies (“Referral Partners”), or point you to government resources.

  • They are independent. Referral Partners are not our employees or agents. We do not supervise or control their advice or work. Any agreement, fee or service is solely between you and them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
  • Compensation. We may receive compensation from Referral Partners when you are connected with them. You are not charged by us for making a request.
  • No endorsement. Connecting you with a provider is not a recommendation or guarantee of that provider or its results.
  • Choose carefully. Before you pay anyone, ask what they will do, who will do it, what it costs and how refunds work, and check their credentials. You can also deal with the IRS or your state agency directly. The FTC’s guide on tax relief companies and the IRS page on getting help with tax debt are good places to start.

Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate, complete and current information, and only information that is yours to give. If you act for someone else, you must have their permission.
  • Do not send Social Security or taxpayer ID numbers, bank or card numbers, passwords or copies of returns and notices through the Service.
  • You are responsible for your own decisions, and for meeting any agency deadline that applies to you.

When you submit a request and agree on our form, you authorize us, and providers acting for us, to contact you at the phone number and email address you gave, by phone call, text message and email, about your request and related services. This may include contact using automated technology or prerecorded messages. Agreeing is not a condition of making a request or of receiving any product or service.

You can withdraw consent at any time, in any reasonable way: reply STOP to a text, tell us during a call, call (877) 577-1203 or email [email protected]. If you ask to be connected with a Referral Partner, that partner may contact you about your request, and its contact is governed by its own practices.

You agree that we may give you notices and records electronically, and that doing so satisfies any legal requirement that they be in writing.

Acceptable use

When you use the Service, you agree not to:

  • submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or information about another person without their authority;
  • use bots, scrapers or other automated means to collect information from, or submit requests through, the Service;
  • interfere with the Service, probe its security, or try to reach areas you are not meant to;
  • introduce viruses or other harmful code;
  • pretend to be someone else, including us, a government agency or a provider; or
  • use the Service for anything unlawful.

Our content

The Service, including its text, design, graphics, the No Tax Pay name and logo, and other content, belongs to Calldrive or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, modify or reuse it without our written permission. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

Third-party sites and services

The Service links to government sites, consumer-protection resources and other third parties, and relies on platform providers to operate. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant the services, advice or results of any Referral Partner or agency. Some places do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Calldrive and its members, managers, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or penalties and interest that accrue on any tax debt. We are also not liable for anything a Referral Partner or a tax agency does or fails to do. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service, if any.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or any right you have under a consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Your indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend and compensate us against third-party claims and reasonable costs that result from information you submit that you had no right to submit, or from your breach of these Terms or the law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and by applicable federal law. If you have a problem, please contact us first at [email protected] or (877) 577-1203 so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot, any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you and we consent to those courts. You may still bring an eligible claim in small-claims court, and nothing here takes away rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.

Changes and ending

We may update these Terms. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version, and using the Service after an update means you accept it. We may suspend or end access to the Service at any time, including if we believe these Terms are being broken. You may stop using the Service whenever you like. Sections that by their nature should continue after that, such as the disclaimers, limits on liability and dispute terms, will continue.

General terms

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Notice at Collection, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a term, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganization.
