“Referral Partners” are independent tax professionals and tax-resolution companies that may help with your matter. We may receive compensation from them when you are connected. If you ask us to connect you, that disclosure is made at your direction.
Sensitive personal information
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, such as Social Security or other government ID numbers, financial account logins or precise location. Please do not send any of these to us. If you do, we will handle it carefully and delete it where the law allows.
How we collect it
- On this site. When you fill in and submit our request form, and automatically through cookies and similar technologies as you browse.
- By phone. When you call us or we call you. If we collect information during a call, a team member will point you to this notice or read a short version aloud first. Calls may be recorded, and we tell you at the start.
- By text, email and chat. When you write to us or reply to us.
Other companies that collect information here
Our website, form and messaging platform provider works for us under contract and is a service provider. Separately, advertising and analytics tags, when active on this site, may collect information from your browser directly. Those companies act as third parties, and they may give their own notices. You can opt out of their collection through the opt-out page.
