The short version

  • Opting out stops us from selling or sharing your personal information from now on.
  • There are three ways to do it: an automatic browser signal, the request form below, or a phone call.
  • You do not need an account, and we will not ask for your Social Security number.
  • If you ask us to connect you with a provider, that is your instruction and not a sale. Opting out does not block it.

Calldrive, LLC (“Calldrive,” “we” or “us”) runs No Tax Pay. Use this page to tell us you do not want your personal information sold or shared. It takes a minute and does not affect your ability to get help from us.

What “sell” and “share” mean here

  • Sell. We may receive compensation from Referral Partners (independent tax professionals and tax-resolution companies) when you are connected with them. State law treats that as a sale of the identifiers, tax-matter details and inferences involved.
  • Share. When advertising and analytics tags are active on our site, they may receive identifiers such as cookie IDs, device activity and approximate location, so ads can be measured and shown to you on other sites. State law calls this “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, or “targeted advertising.”

Choose how to opt out

Pick whichever is easiest. Each one is enough on its own.

1. Let your browser do it: Global Privacy Control

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser setting that tells every site you visit not to sell or share your information. It is built into browsers such as Brave, Firefox and DuckDuckGo, and available as an extension for others. We treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out request for that browser and for any information we can connect to it. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.

Checking your browser…

2. Send an opt-out request

Fill in the form so we can find your records and apply your choice. We use these details only to process your request.

Helps us find your records if you gave it to us.
What would you like to opt out of?
Please do not include your Social Security number, bank details or passwords.

3. Call or email us

Call toll-free at (877) 577-1203 and say you want to opt out of sale and sharing, or email [email protected] with the subject “Opt-out request.” Please include your name and the phone number or email address you used with us.

We act on opt-out requests as soon as we reasonably can, and within the time the law allows.

What happens after you opt out

  • We stop selling your personal information and sharing it for advertising, going forward.
  • We tell the Referral Partners and advertising providers we previously disclosed it to that you opted out, and ask them to stop, unless that turns out to be impossible or would take disproportionate effort.
  • If you give us an email address or phone number, we will confirm once your request is processed.
  • We will not ask you to opt back in over and over. You can change your mind at any time.
  • You can still ask for help. If you tell us you want to be connected with a Referral Partner, that disclosure is made at your direction and is not a sale.
  • Opting out is not the same as deleting your information. To delete it, use the rights in section 10 of our Privacy Policy.

Other choices you have

  • Text messages: reply STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Calls: ask us to add you to our internal do-not-call list, or register at donotcall.gov.
  • Sensitive information: we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information in ways that require a “limit” option, so there is nothing further to limit.
  • See, correct or delete your information: see our Privacy Policy.

Notes for specific states

This page works for everyone in the United States. It is also how California residents opt out under the CCPA, how Nevada residents opt out of the sale of covered information, and how residents of other states with privacy laws opt out of sale, targeted advertising and profiling. If we deny a request and you want to appeal, follow the steps in the “appeals” part of our Privacy Policy.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 18.

Your details and authorized agents

To apply an opt-out we need only enough information to find your records. We do not need proof of identity or your Social Security number. If someone submits a request for you, we may ask for your written permission, and we may confirm directly with you.
